Project Development and Administrative Services

The Southeast Development Corporation provides project development planning and financial structuring expertise along with the project administration which is necessary for a successful project. Staff will help local governments, utilities and non-profits plan projects so they can be structured to take maximum advantage of any potential competitive grant funding which may be available. Staff will develop necessary grant and/or loan applications and staff also have extensive experience with project administration by providing program management and compliance as well as necessary recording keeping for funding agencies. Staff is well experienced in completing projects in budget and on time.
